Pocahontas County Bicentennial: Commemorating 200 years since county’s creation

The public is invited to commemorate this historic event 200 years ago, when Pocahontas County was created from 3 Virginia counties and the original County Commission appointed.    Huntersville Historical Traditions will host the ceremony, readings and proclamations.  Refreshments will be served.  Event will be held in the Old Presbyterian Church.
